_**Location**_
Raymond, Ohio
_**Job Purpose**_
Responsibility for software development for manufacturing applications and
communications, production equipment user interface and data collection, and
supporting software management systems.
_**Key Accountabilities**_
- Modifycreate software to be used for manufacturing applications or machine interfaces
- Plugin or Driver software development to integrate into existing OEM factory applications
- Coordination with regional and global members to determine software specifications
- Documentation and Manual creation for software deployments and their functions
- Data collection of various factory data to aggregate into software platforms for analytics
- Support technical issues across all NA plants + models and some emergency spot support
- Debugverify software in virtual environment or with simulation tools
- Improve methods for software development and verification to improve software quality
- Maintain schedule for software development
_**Qualifications, Experience and Skills**_
- Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent job experience with software programming
- 2+yrs of programmingsoftware development experience
- C#, .NET Core & Framework, C++, Visual Basic, Python, IT Network communication, MQTT, React, Agile workflow, advanced software validation
_**Workstyle**_
- Majority of work will be officePC related with no specific physical requirements, 5-10hrswk OT on occasion
- Some travel to NA plants (2-3 tripsyr possible) for direct plant supportcoordination with Regional plant members
- Japan travel (1xyr) possible dependent on specific assignments
