Lead Driver & Moving Associate

Personnel Plus is NOW HIRING a Lead Driver & Moving Associate in Boise! ON-CALL, AS NEEDED- MAKE EXTRA CASH AT YOUR CONVENIENCE! Must be available during the hours of Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm, some weekends as needed. $18.00 per hour Moving Associate, $20.00 per hour Lead Driver. On-the-job training.

DUTIES:

• Pick up pre-ordered U-haul truck from local rental station and head to the staging warehouse or directly to client properties
• Safely transport and oversee the loading/unloading of furniture dcor
• Assemble large items (beds, sofas, etc.) and ensure rugs and furnishings are placed according to directions
• Direct team operations and assist with warehouse restocking
• Assist the lead driver with all moving, loading, unloading, and placement responsibilities
• Carry, unroll, and position furnishings and rugs as directed
• Transport and deliver bins of dcor, lamps, plants, and artwork in preparation for the staging team
• Help wrap and protect furnishings during de-staging and warehouse restocking

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a valid drivers license & a clean driving record
• Must be drug-free & pass a background check
• The ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs and other team lifts for 100+ lbs
• Repetitive bending, lifting, climbing stairs, twisting, and maneuvering furniture
• Be comfortable working both indoors & outdoors
• Previous moving or furniture staging experience is preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail & be able to work in a team environment
• Follow proper safety protocols and report any damages or safety issues immediately
