Fix Network is currently looking for a Learning Experience Designer who enjoys working in a fast-paced, constantly growing and changing environment. The Learning Experience Designer will be responsible for the design of all learning programs for Fix Network . The Global Training Team is looking for someone that can sit in the driver’s seat when it comes to the creation of learning content, who has the ability to cross the finish line and get results. The best candidate will work collaboratively with the teams, facilitators and subject matter experts to produce effective and engaging learning content for instructor-led environments and e-learning solutions. More specifically, the Learning Experience Designer will: Liaise and collaborate with stakeholders, facilitators and Subject Matter Experts to design and create learning content that translates their knowledge into effective learning experiences for internal/external customers. Leverage rapid, agile development techniques and processes to create learning for a rapidly changing environment. Construct highly creative and detailed program module, course plans and storyboards that support business interventions and meet expectations. Design and develop solutions for Global Operations and Technical Training Programs that advance human performance and drive business impact with a customer focus mindset to ensure linkages to customer experience. Utilize authoring tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise to build eLearning courses and demonstrations while working collaboratively with graphic design and video producers to create an impactful learning experience. Be a leader on the team for eLearning instructional design and adult learning theory. Design and deliver engaging training using various training modalities including, but not limited to: mobile, online, video and via other broad reach vehicles using grounded adult learning principles. Produce eLearning courses on time and on budget while measuring effectiveness of learning outcomes based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Design and develop employee training modules that reflect Fix Network culture and performance expectations. Review, monitor and identify industry best practices for learning to ensure Fix Network maintains competitiveness with their program(s). Oversee support, design, development, maintenance and delivery of content, assets, and other resources of the LMS while supporting staff with instruction and issues.
