A gorgeous community is looking for an awesome Leasing Agent to join an outstanding management company! The Leasing Agent will assist in overseeing day-to-day operations at one of our apartment communities.
*LIHTC experience (tax credit, section 8 or HUD) a plus
• The leasing consultant is responsible for supporting the Property Manager with the daily operations of the property.
• Prepare and maintain all leasing files and paperwork
• Understands the community and floor plans, maintains lists of prospective residents
• Connect with people through phone calls, appointments and follow up communication elevating the customer experience
• Be the smiling face and first impression to all prospective and current residents in the community
• Respond to telephone and internet inquires
• Respond sensitively to concerns and or complaints
