Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Evaluation: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
  • Placement Success: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including negotiating offers, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for candidates.
  • Network Expansion: Actively expand and nurture your professional network within the legal community to enhance JRG Partners’ market presence and reputation.

Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: Proven experience in legal recruitment or a related field within the legal industry.
  • Relationship Building: Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade effectively.
  • Analytical Thinking: Sharp analytical skills to assess candidates’ qualifications and clients’ needs.
  • Proactive Approach: Highly motivated, self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets.
  • Technology Savvy: Proficiency with recruitment software, online sourcing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or a related field is preferred.
