You'll provide a mix of individual, family, group, and Telehealth therapy services while helping to fill the gaps in our community's mental health care needs.
Responsibilities
Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create individualized treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation, including treatment plan reviews and progress notes.
Maintain a caseload of approximately 25 client sessions per week.
Collaborate with a dynamic team and provide excellent care to clients.
Develop creative interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
Coordinate care with case managers, families, schools, and other professionals as needed.
Participate in clinical staff meetings and training.
Perform other meaningful tasks that contribute to the success of the team and clients.
Qualifications
Required:
Master's degree in social work, behavioral sciences, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Licensed as a mental health professional in the state of Maryland.
Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
Preferred:
Experience working with children, adolescents, and teens.
Familiarity with couples and family therapy.
Creative and innovative approaches to mental health care.
Knowledge of therapy services, community resources, and insurance billing processes.

This position operates under the general direction of the Clinical Director and allows for flexible work-from-home options.
