This position provides flexibility, allowing you to work both in-person and remotely via Telehealth. This role offers opportunities for individual, family, and group therapy services, including Telehealth options.
Responsibilities:
Assess mental health diagnoses, develop and implement treatment plans, and maintain documentation (including diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes)
Manage a caseload of approximately 25 client sessions per week
Deliver excellent client service and collaborate with a dynamic, supportive team
Utilize creative interventions to help clients meet and exceed their goals
Coordinate with case managers, families, medical professionals, and other team members as needed
Attend and actively participate in all clinical staff meetings and training sessions
Perform other related tasks to support the mission of the organization
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field from an accredited university
Active license as a mental health professional in the state of Maryland
Experience in completing diagnostic assessments (DAs), treatment plans, and clinical case notes
Preferred Qualifications:
Creative and innovative approaches to mental health therapy
Experience working with children, adolescents, and teens
Experience providing therapy to couples and families
Knowledge of therapy services, community resources, and insurance billing
