We are seeking a Licensed Architec t to lead and grow a new architectural division within a dynamic design firm. This key role involves overseeing commercial projects, driving design and execution, and contributing to business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a new architecture division.
• Drive business development efforts to secure new projects and clients.
• Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing materials to support business growth.
• Manage architectural projects from concept through completion, ensuring design integrity and client satisfaction.
• Produce conceptual designs and architectural drawings that align with client goals and project requirements.
• Oversee construction phases to ensure adherence to design intent, quality standards, and timelines.
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to establish project objectives, schedules, and budgets.
• Apply thorough knowledge of local, national, and international building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices.
• Stay informed of industry trends, market demands, and competitor developments to enhance competitive edge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture
• Licensure is required (State of Tennessee)
• Multi-state licensure is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in Architecture and construction
• Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and other design software
