Responsibilities and Duties - Assess various mental health diagnoses
- Treatment Planning
- Daily documentation
- Engage in regular case consultations & clinical staff meetings
- Coordinate services with outside providers & internal Ellie providers
- Complete all HIPAA training requirements
Required Qualifications and Skills - Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences
- Minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience working with children and adolescents in an outpatient setting
- Full clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
- Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Effective written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
- Proficient in the use of typical office technology, and Electronic Health Record systems
Preferred Qualifications and Skills - Knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation
- Credentialed with insurance panels

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
