Your Role as an LPN

In this vital position, you will provide quality nursing care with compassion and dedication, ensuring our residents feel safe and at home.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Delivering exceptional nursing services to our residents.
• Administering medications and treatments as per care plans.
• Communicating effectively with residents, staff, management, and families.
• Maintaining and updating written documentation accurately.
• Applying knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and guidelines.
• Utilizing basic math skills for medication administration.

About You

You are a compassionate, dependable, and flexible individual with excellent customer service skills. While experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a plus, we encourage all nurses to apply!

You Bring:

• A valid Ohio Nursing License.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to connect with residents, families, and colleagues.
