Your Role:

  • Follow up with leads (many provided to you)
  • Help buyers & sellers navigate the home process
  • Show homes, negotiate, and deliver 5-star service
  • Host open houses, network, and build your brand
  • Collaborate with our awesome support staff
  • Embrace accountability and have FUN doing it
Compensation:

$100,000 - $300,000

Responsibilities:
  • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
  • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
  • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
  • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
  • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
  • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
  • Tech savvy
  • Organized and manages time effectively
  • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
  • Current and Valid Real Estate Salesperson License in the State of Michigan
