Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a caregiving role, preferably in a residential care setting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to lift and transfer residents using proper techniques
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
