Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our logistics operations by assisting with various tasks related to distribution, and shipping/receiving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle logistics for sales and purchase orders (domestic, import and export shipments)
• Handle shipping and receiving activities, including inventory management and order processing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address logistics-related issues and ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to logistics activities.
• Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by warehouse supervisor / manager.

Qualifications:

• Requires a high school education or equivalent.
• Effective communication and writing skills (English)
• Previous experience in logistics, distribution, or related field.
• Candidate must have a valid driving license, passport or be illegible to obtain one.

Requirements:

• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience utilizing online shipping tools such as UPS,FEDEX, DHL systems.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
• Solid PC skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook ) and logistics software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Resourceful and proactive approach to resolving challenges.
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles and logistics best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
