Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Supply Chain Specialist located in Costa Mesa, CA. The Logistics Supply Chain Specialist will be responsible for communication, customer service, supply chain management, analytical skills, and transportation management on a day-to-day basis. This role plays a key part in supporting the end-to-end operations for our DTC and retail sales channels, including Amazon, TikTok Shop, and future online and offline retail partnerships. You will work closely with our HQ in Korea and external agencies to ensure timely shipments, demand forecasting, and seamless product availability across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Shipment & Fulfillment
- Coordinate inventory shipments to Amazon FBA, TikTok Shop fulfillment centers, and other third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
- Communicate with agencies and HQ for timely product dispatch and shipping document preparation.
- Monitor and ensure product availability to prevent stockouts or overstock.
2. Supply Chain & Inventory Management
- Forecast product demand based on sales trends, promotions, and seasonal fluctuations.
- Track inventory levels across channels and warehouses; propose replenishment orders as needed.
- Analyze sales and inventory data to improve operational efficiency and reduce fulfillment issues.
3. Retail Channel Support
- Provide logistical support for new and existing online and offline retail channels.
- Coordinate with retail partners to ensure product delivery, compliance with their logistics requirements, and POS readiness.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to align inventory with promotional plans.
- Serve as a liaison between HQ, fulfillment centers, and agency partners.
5. Reporting & Process Improvement
- Generate regular reports on inventory status, inbound/outbound shipment progress, and channel performance.
- Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and suggest process improvements.
