The Challenge: At Hermes Worldwide, we set the standard for exceptional service, and our fleet is essential to our success. We need a highly organized and results-oriented individual to lead the charge in maintaining a safe, efficient, and compliant fleet. This role demands a strategic thinker who can analyze data, implement process improvements, and drive operational excellence. In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your strong organizational skills and methodical approach to maintain detailed records, manage schedules, and collaborate with our team to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate Preventative Maintenance : Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program to optimize resource allocation, minimize downtime and maximize the lifespan of our vehicles.
- Maintain Meticulous Records : Accurately document all maintenance activities, conduct thorough inspections, and stay ahead of industry regulations to ensure 100% compliance.
- Build a Winning Team : Manage a team of mechanics, detailers, and lot technicians, providing clear direction, performance feedback, and opportunities for growth.
- Control Costs and Maximize Value: Negotiate with vendors, analyze expenses, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or safety.
- Champion Safety & Compliance : Stay abreast of industry best practices and regulatory changes, ensuring our fleet meets all safety and compliance requirements.
- Embrace Innovation: Research and recommend new technologies and strategies to enhance fleet performance, safety, and sustainability.
The Rewards: - Salary: $78,000 - 92,000 annually

Requirements
Qualifications: - Decisive Leader: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable for achieving high standards.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Technical Expertise : In-depth knowledge of vehicle mechanics and maintenance. CDL B with Passenger Endorsement is a plus.
- Process Improvement Expert: A passion for optimizing processes and implementing efficient systems.
- Compliance Champion: In-depth knowledge of DOT regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant fleet.
- Results-Oriented: A track record of achieving goals and exceeding expectations in a fast-paced environment.
