KBR’s National Security Solutions team provides high-end engineering and advanced technology solutions to customers in the intelligence and national security communities. The Mail Clerk will support a government client with locations in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Responsibilities include sorting and distributing incoming mail, preparing outgoing mail (enveloping, stamping, sorting), managing postal requirements and ensuring postage is up to date, maintaining records and logs of mail, implementing and maintaining quality control measures, facilitating team communication, and other duties as required. Qualifications include TS/SCI clearance with willingness to sit for a polygraph, 3+ years of mail clerk or similar experience, US citizenship, high school diploma or GED, good organizational and time management skills, knowledge of mail processes and postal regulations, attention to detail, adaptability, and strong decision-making skills.
