Job Title: Mammography Technologist
Reports to: Chief Technologist/Site Manager/Mammography Modality Specialist
Summary: The Mammography Technologist performs screening and diagnostic mammography procedures, addressing patient inquiries while ensuring confidentiality of health information. Responsibilities include operating mammographic equipment, positioning patients, evaluating images, maintaining patient records, and assisting with interventional procedures. The role requires ARRT(R) certification, state licenses, and BLS certification, along with strong communication and customer service skills.
Essential Duties:
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, ARRT(R) certification, state licenses, and BLS required. Must demonstrate professionalism and effective communication skills.
Pay Range: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
Shift: Midday, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
