Position Overview:
As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in executing marketing campaigns, maintaining our online presence, and supporting our sales and client success teams. This is an ideal role for someone who is highly organized, creative, and looking to grow within a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of digital and print marketing campaigns

  • Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and create engaging content

  • Coordinate email marketing efforts including newsletters, product announcements, and promotional offers

  • Maintain and update website content through CMS (e.g., product descriptions, blogs, landing pages)

  • Help gather and analyze marketing data to inform strategy (social engagement, email performance, etc.)

  • Support trade show and event planning, including promotional material coordination

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and design teams to ensure brand consistency

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role (internships count!)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later)

  • Familiarity with email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact)

  • Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and CMS platforms a plus

  • Creative mindset with an eye for design (experience with Canva or Adobe Suite is a bonus)

  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
