As we expand ourfootprint, we are seeking a results-oriented Marketing Communications Managerto lead and execute integrated marketing initiatives that elevate our brand,drive business growth, and strengthen stakeholder engagement.
Position Summary The Marketing Communications Manager will own the executionof strategic marketing and communications programs. This role requires a provenleader with experience in planning and managing marketing campaigns, overseeingthird-party vendors and agencies, and implementing brand and messagingconsistency across all platforms. Ideal candidates will combine strategicthinking with hands-on execution to ensure timely, effective, and on-brandmarketing deliverables.
Key Responsibilities •Lead marketing project and campaign managementfrom concept to execution across channels (digital, print, events, etc.),aligning with overall business strategy and brand objectives.
•Develop and implement annual marketingcommunications plans that support company goals, drive lead generation, andreinforce brand equity.
•Collaborate with and manage external vendors andagencies, including creative, digital, PR, and event vendors, ensuring projecttimelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
•Establish marketing budgets in alignment withbusiness objectives; track expenditures and assess ROI of campaigns andinitiatives.
•Oversee brand development and management,including evolution of corporate identity, creation of brand guidelines, andensuring consistent application across all touchpoints.
•Drive the company's tradeshow and eventstrategy, optimizing presence and investment for brand visibility and leadgeneration.
•Craft and supervise internal and externalcommunications, including promotional content, press releases, executivemessaging, and employee communications, with support from external PR resourcesas needed.
•Continuously assess performance metrics,providing insight and recommendations for improvement and innovation inmarketing approaches.
Required Qualifications •Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications,Business, or related field
•5+ years of progressive experience in marketingcommunications or brand management
•Proven track record managing cross-functionalmarketing projects and third-party vendors
•Strong understanding of integrated marketingcampaigns and digital marketing tools
•Excellent copywriting, messaging, and verbalcommunication skills
•Experience in budgeting and performancemeasurement
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growthenvironment and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications •Experience in B2B or industrial services sectors
•Familiarity with CRM and marketing automationplatforms
