We are seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Communications Manager to lead the marketing efforts for our Architecture Business Unit. This role is ideal for a skilled communicator and designer who thrives on translating complex product value into compelling, visually-driven content that supports sales and builds brand awareness. You’ll play a key role in developing presentations, one-pagers, and digital content that resonate with architects, designers, and decision-makers in the built environment. You’ll also plan and manage our presence at key trade shows and industry events, ensuring a consistent and polished brand experience across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate has experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, technical, digital, and PR teams, and brings a strong understanding of marketing channels and how to tailor content accordingly. A background in architecture, building materials, interior design, or construction is strongly preferred due to the technical nature of our smart glass technologies. Join a global team of innovators shaping the future of glass and light. Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing communication strategies tailored to the architecture business unit. Plan, execute, and attend multiple trade shows per year. Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand target personas and key messages. Create high-quality presentations, one-pagers, and other collateral to support sales efforts. Craft compelling content that effectively communicates the value proposition of our smart glass products. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing communication efforts, making adjustments as needed. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing communication. This position may require travel. This position is in-person, and not remote.
