Program Marketing Manager

Salary: $115K + 5% Annual Bonus

Schedule: Hybrid – Onsite Monday–Wednesday, Remote Thursday/Friday

About the Role:

We're looking for a strategic and results-driven Program Marketing Manager to lead the charge on marketing campaigns that support new business-driving programs. This role is all about turning innovative ideas into impactful marketing strategies that grow our customer base, boost engagement, and increase lifetime value. You’ll collaborate across departments to bring new programs to life and ensure they're seamlessly integrated into our core marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead go-to-market strategies to launch and scale new business initiatives that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new programs into digital campaigns, promotions, events, and brand initiatives.
  • Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they’re on-time, on-brand, and optimized for results.
  • Partner with teams across Creative, Performance Marketing, Brand, eCommerce, Insights, Operations, and Finance to craft compelling, conversion-focused messaging and experiences.
  • Use customer data, behavioral insights, and industry trends to refine marketing strategies and increase personalization.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, conversion metrics, and ROI—delivering clear, actionable insights to leadership.
  • Align marketing efforts with the full customer journey, working closely with eCommerce and Customer Care to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Serve as the marketing point-person for new business programs, ensuring enterprise-wide alignment and visibility into marketing plans and performance.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and optimization of marketing programs.
  • Stay informed on competitive and industry trends, bringing fresh ideas and new strategies to the table.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) eCommerce environment
  • 3+ years managing customer marketing programs, with a strong grasp of segmentation and lifecycle marketing
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills, with analytical and presentation capabilities
  • Proven track record of creative thinking that drives measurable business results
  • Highly curious, proactive, and detail-oriented self-starter
  • Strong organizational and time management skills in fast-paced settings
  • Experience collaborating across teams to build and scale marketing programs
  • Skilled in customer journey marketing, lead generation, nurturing, and conversion
  • Strategic thinker who can execute with precision and communicate effectively
