This is an unpaid clinical rotation placement for students. For placement acceptance, there must be an active Clinical Affiliation Agreement between your college/university and MaineGeneral. While on rotation, students must strictly maintain and safeguard confidential information, adhere to Maine General's work hours, policies and procedures, relate and apply knowledge acquired in the academic setting to their work environment at MaineGeneral, display self-awareness in regard to attitude, values, and behaviors that influence their work, be consistent and punctual in the submission of all work assignments to the supervisor and student coordinator, demonstrate understanding of patient centered care and customer service, and seek and accept feedback on knowledge, skills, and professional development.
