PART-TIME CO-FOUNDER

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to join us as an equity co-founder at Launch Legends, a pioneering venture that merges Web3 blockchain technology with the burgeoning creator industry. This role places you at the heart of the convergence between Web3 and the creator economy through our innovative Autheo Layer-1 blockchain platform and GO WFO extreme sports creator network built on Autheo.

Future Compensation Plans

While this is initially an equity-only role, our comprehensive tokenomics plan includes offering tokens to co-founders upon completion of our anticipated public token sale in by this January, where we plan to introduce salaries for both full-time and part-time positions.

About the Organization

Launch Lends has been under development for over two years. We are gearing up to launch:

1. Autheo: Our Layer-1 blockchain platform tailored for creators to own, expand, and monetize their networks.
2. GO WFO: The first Layer-2 Creator Network focused on extreme sports operating on the Autheo platform.

These initiatives are set to transform the creator industry, projected to reach $500 billion by 2027, and the extreme sports market, an exciting sports sector with over 400 million active partipants worldwide. 

POSITION: MOTION GRAPHICS DESIGNER

We’re looking for a talented and driven Motion Graphics Designer / Animator to enhance our visual storytelling. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of timing, conceptual ability, and a knack for combining illustration and animation to craft seamless narratives. You will be involved in producing high-quality motion graphics for various platforms, collaborating with our design, marketing, and content teams to bring concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging motion graphics for videos, digital campaigns, social media, websites, and other platforms.

Collaborate closely with designers, writers, and project managers to conceptualize and execute animated content that aligns with brand goals.

Develop visual assets including illustrations, graphics, and animations for different formats.

Edit and optimize animations to ensure the highest quality while meeting project requirements.

Stay updated on the latest motion design trends, techniques, and tools, incorporating them into your work.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time, ensuring consistency in visual quality and brand representation.

Requirements

2+ years of experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, Animator, or in a related role.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other motion design tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc. is a plus).

Strong understanding of design principles, animation, timing, and storytelling

Ability to translate ideas and scripts into cohesive visual stories.

Portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics work, from conceptual to final animations.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
