Motion Graphics Designer - English/French (Mid-Level) Full time On-site working A Little Bit About the Role: Join Remoteli as an Integrated Motion Designer and contribute to our key accounts as we continue to expand. As an Integrated Motion Designer, you'll create impactful digital content across various projects. Your role will involve managing design quality, accuracy, and consistency, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Candidates must be bi-lingual (French & English) and roles are available in our Accra, Kigali and Cairo locations. What You'll be Doing: Deliver briefs from concept to completion, collaborating across teams on ideation, creation, and implementation. Stay updated with emerging digital trends and engage with the digital creative community. Take ownership of projects, from briefing to delivery, including presenting initial designs to clients. Assist account management and design teams with digital design briefs as needed. Demonstrate strong design thinking for web, digital, e-commerce, and social advertising. Adapt and define the look and feel for various design projects while adhering to brand guidelines. What You’ll Need: Highly creative with the ability to produce design collateral within brand guidelines and agreed timescales. Excellent digital design skills and a portfolio demonstrating digital and social work. Awareness of emerging digital design trends, especially video and motion. Understanding of typography, layout, colour, and grid structures. Proficiency in interactive/digital design, social media asset creation, and video. Aptitude to learn new software efficiently and effectively. Good knowledge of digital processes to deliver quality solutions, with the ability to voice ideas internally and with clients. Good to Have: Experience with global FMCG brands.
