What You’ll Do: We are seeking a talented and creative Temporary Motion Graphics Designer who will be responsible for creating high quality digital and motion graphics for various projects. In addition to motion graphics, you will bring static images to life, create animation and video for various marketing materials such as ecommerce content, emails, social media graphics, and website assets. Concept, design and produce high-quality, engaging, and innovative motion graphic content that elevate brand experiences and drive results Work with Design Director to develop concepts and implement design strategies in animation, audio, and video Create compelling interactive designs for a variety of platforms such as mobile, web, YouTube, and social channels including Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter Design and maintain layouts through art and copy revisions Design modern email templates optimized for mobile display Create and maintain branded visual elements for social media outlets and other properties such as blogs Create text, logo, character, or other kinds of animations to be used in videos, website assets, emails, social media, ecommerce content and other media Create video, animated video including short-format videos for Instagram Stories, Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, etc. Maintain creative quality control through editing and approval process Other duties may be assigned Bring It! Bachelor's degree in Multimedia/Digital Design or related field or equivalent experience in motion design Experience developing motion content in the consumer goods products industry Ability to effectively create 2D, 3D, and 4D motion graphics with a keen eye for strong visuals and high-level aesthetics Must have a strong sense of typography, web design, graphic design and motion design including 2D and 3D modeling/animation Working knowledge of sound mixing and color correction and video production techniques Strong knowledge of post-production workflow and the latest video production techniques Proven motion graphics and video editing experience. Experience in storyboarding video and motion graphics Experience producing content for social media platforms and websites Expertise with Macintosh based graphics programs, specifically Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign). Proficiency in Microsoft Office software Creative and technical expertise with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other associated tools Possess a good design "flair", a broad thinker and able to offer a variety of design solutions Work well with tight deadlines in a team environment This is a temporary assignment and the candidate hired will perform work for Munchkin as an employee of a designated staffing agency. Hourly Rate of Pay Range: Motion Graphics Designer: $40/hr - $50/hr, DOE Sr. Motion Graphics Designer: $52.88/hr – $60.00/hr, DOE To give our people flexibility, we offer a hybrid work environment.
