The Music Director should possess a genuine love for Christ and a love for leading the church in the worship of God and be in full agreement with our beliefs and practices. Responsibilities As a Music Director, you will be responsible for: Selecting and arranging musical pieces for worship service and other worship events. Conducting rehearsals and leading the Praise Team. Collaborating with the worship team to ensure cohesive and high-quality God-honoring worship. Providing music for funerals, weddings, and special events. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: Proven experience as a Music or Worship Director or have served in a similar role. A strong knowledge of music. The ability to mentor others and build teams. Excellent communication skills. Compensation This is a part-time position; the time commitment is approximately 10 hours weekly. Salary ranges from $12,000-16,000, commensurate with experience, paid monthly. This position is year-round, and the Music Director shall be entitled to two weeks of paid vacation time at the Worship Director’s usual rate of pay.
