Your Responsibilities:

1. Maintain client communication to drive sales growth.

4. Lead engaging open house events to showcase our listings.
5. Coordinate the entire transaction process, from listing to closing, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
6. Develop new client relationships to expand business opportunities.
7. Establish yourself as a market expert – thoroughly understand your territory and industry, confidently addressing questions about properties, market comparisons, and community details.

Requirements for this Position:

1. Previous sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

6. Valid Real Estate License required.
