Starting pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on experience. There is a 3-month probationary period, after which pay raises are awarded at 6 months and 1 year. Advancement opportunities are available for employees demonstrating punctuality, strong work ethic, and good communication skills. Responsibilities: Pick up clients at designated locations. Transport clients to specified destinations. Ensure childcare during work hours if needed. Some shifts may require travel up to 3.5 hours from home. Maintain passenger comfort and safety throughout the journey. Follow all traffic laws and company policies. Keep the company vehicle clean and operational. Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in NEMT, Uber, or Lyft driving preferred. No accidents and no more than one traffic violation in the past 3 years. Clean 10-panel drug screening. Clear criminal background check for the past 7 years. Driver’s license held for at least 5 years. Ability to bend and kneel without restrictions. Reliable transportation to and from company vehicles. Must be 25 years or older. Own a smartphone (iPhone or Android). Valid, non-expired Indiana driver’s license. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to stay calm and patient in stressful situations. Willingness to travel and spend entire shifts on the road.
