Location: Poulsbo, WA Hours: Part-time this fall, with potential for more hours and year-round employment based on performance and company needs.Pay: $18$22/hr DOEWere a thriving fine-gardening company specializing in estate-level garden care and high-end landscapes. Were looking for a detail-oriented, plant-savvy person to help in our nursery operations this fall with the potential to grow into a longer-term, expanded role.What Youll DoAssist with daily nursery care watering, fertilizing, pest checks, and plant health monitoring.Organize, label, and maintain plant inventory.Help with plant receiving, tagging, and staging for garden installations.Support our garden team by preparing plant orders and materials for upcoming projects.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe nursery work area.What Were Looking ForStrong nursery plant knowledge (ornamentals, perennials, shrubs, trees, and seasonal color).Comfortable working outdoors in variable weather conditions.Ability to lift and move plants, soil, and materials (up to 50 lbs).Organized, reliable, and able to work independently when needed.Willingness to learn and pitch in where needed as the business grows.Why Join UsWork with a team passionate about high-quality horticulture.Hands-on experience with unique and high-end plant material.Growth opportunity potential to move into a year-round, expanded role.Competitive pay DOE, plus PTO eligibility after 3 months if the role becomes permanent.
