Gundersen Health System is seeking a Nursing Home Administrator to join our team, responsible for oversight of both Gundersen Tweeten Care Center and Gundersen Harmony Care Center. The Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for the management, control and efficient operation of Harmony Nursing Home, Spring Grove Nursing Home (with a Memory Care Unit) and all other business operations of the corporation. The Administrator is specifically responsible for Organizational Strategy and Implementation, Fiscal Management, Human Resource Management, Excellence in Service and Clinical Quality, and Organizational Leadership. The position is fulltime, 80 hours biweekly, with day shift flexible hours. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business or Finance or a related field (Master's preferred), Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) - Minnesota, 1 year of experience successfully leading an organization with an emphasis on balancing 'mission and margin', experience in improving quality of care and financial performance of a long term care organization, and experience working effectively with a Board of Directors.
