Base pay range $40,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr Position Summary Our client is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Office Administrator to join our Accounting Department. The ideal candidate will provide critical support through general administrative duties, ensuring efficient office operations and contributing to the company's overall productivity. Key Responsibilities Maintain, scan, and archive general office files including work orders, vendor/customer documents, and operational data. Manage communications including emails, letters, packages, and phone calls. Handle bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and monitoring accounts receivable for freight vendors and other assigned accounts. Review and process employee expense reports. Support Accounting/Finance Department with projects and ad hoc assignments. Oversee office facility and equipment maintenance, including vendor coordination. Purchase and track office supplies and equipment; manage related contracts. Ensure the front office and supply areas are well-stocked, clean, organized, and hazard-free. Maintain and update administrative documents such as phone lists and spreadsheets on SharePoint. Foster positive relationships with coworkers, vendors, and customers through professional and cordial communication. Participate in training opportunities to maintain up-to-date job knowledge. Perform other duties as needed to support departmental and company objectives.
