Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Office Assistant to support both office and field operations. This role is a key part of keeping our business running smoothly by handling day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating errands, and assisting with project needs. The ideal candidate is organized, flexible, and comfortable balancing responsibilities between the office and the field.

Office Support:

  • Answer and make phone calls, take messages, and provide timely communication support

  • Fax, scan, and file documents as needed

  • Assist with scheduling meetings, walkthroughs, and appointments

  • Support the team with basic data entry, printing, and email correspondence
Field/Errand Support:

  • Pick up and drop off supplies, uniforms, and materials as directed

  • Assist with deliveries to job sites and vendors

  • Run general errands for the office and field teams

  • Provide on-site administrative support when needed
General Duties

  • Act as a liaison between office staff, field crews, and vendors

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism while representing the company in all interactions

  • Support management with special projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities

  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required

  • Comfortable working in both office and construction site environments

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, scanning/faxing)
