Job Description

Midtown based international finance firm seeks an experienced office coordinator to handle administrative and receptionist duties. This is a long-term contract role with the possibility to go permanent. Must have 3+ years of administrative experience within financial services and be incredibly professional.

Onsite Monday-Friday

Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm

Pay rate: $30-35/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Greet all visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls politely and professionally
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Maintain a clean and tidy reception area
  • Operate and maintain office equipment on a daily basis; fax machine, copy machine, etc.
  • Order more office supplies when necessary and manage inventory
  • Receive deliveries and sort incoming mail
  • Keep records of all visitors and requests
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant front desk experience in a corporate environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Proven excellence delivering top-quality customer service
