About Teero

Teero is transforming the US dental industry through cutting-edge software solutions that make running a practice easier, more efficient, and primed for growth. Our first product, a hygienist staffing platform, is experiencing explosive growth across the United States, and we're just getting started. Having raised our Series A in 2024, we've rapidly expanded our core platform in 2025 and have just launched our second product - helping dental offices streamline their insurance and billing workflows.

About the Role

As an Operations Associate at Teero, you'll support the Operations team in expanding our offerings nationwide. You'll be the first point of contact with dental offices, showing them how Teero works and getting them excited about our service. You'll also lead our Customer Operations processes- not just answering questions, but identifying ways to improve the whole process from A to Z. As Teero grows, so will you. We're looking for an adaptable A-player with growth potential.

What You'll own

Core operations

• Onboard new dental offices to Teero via phone and video calls
• Assist with Customer Support Operations (hygienists & offices)
• Get offices to increase business with Teero, and help turn these efforts into scalable processes
• Streamline Teero's operations- from small details to massive initiatives
• Grow with the company! New tasks will come up, and the right candidate thrives on change. Success in this role may lead to a promotion to Operations Manager

What You Bring to the Table

Required

• 1-3 years of experience
• Proven track record of excellence . You've made the most of every opportunity you've had
• Strong storyteller with excellent verbal & written communication, including phone calls and Google Meets
• Second-order thinking. You connect the dots and consider domino effects
• Self-motivated with ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
• Adaptable, coachable, and good at building relationships

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the dental industry
• Background in operations at high-growth startups
• Spanish fluency

This Role is NOT for You If

• You prefer stable, well-defined roles with clear boundaries
• You're uncomfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
• You're not excited about wearing multiple hats and doing whatever it takes
• You don't enjoy being on the phone
• You only want to work from home- this role is hybrid as we launch our Austin office
