The practice specializes in performance psychology and integrative care for high-achieving individuals, including business leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals seeking insight-driven evaluations. This is a unique opportunity to join a concierge-style, private-pay clinical setting known for its precision, discretion, and tailored approach to optimizing well-being and performance. Responsibilities: Administer and interpret a comprehensive battery of assessments (e.g., WAIS-IV, MMPI-3, NEPSY, Caliper, etc.) Produce detailed, client-friendly reports with practical insights and clear recommendations Conduct in-person feedback sessions with clients to review results and next steps Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to integrate findings into treatment and performance plans Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards Qualifications: Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology or related field Licensed to practice psychology in New York State Minimum 3 years of post-licensure experience conducting psychological and cognitive assessments Exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional, composed presence Experience working with high-functioning or executive clientele preferred Must be available to work in-office at the Park Avenue location Preferred Qualities: Background in neuropsychological testing Familiarity with private-pay and concierge clinical environments Clear communicator with strong analytical and written skills If you are interested in further information, please send the most updated copy of your resume to brooke@psychpros.com  Recruiting is a great way to combine two fields that I love — human resources and human services.
