AMA Medical Group is a privately owned adult primary care practice in Dunedin, FL, hiring a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join our mission-driven team. We offer low patient volumes, no double-booking, no weekend clinic, and a collaborative care model - so you can focus on what matters most: your patients.

What You'll Do

• See 10–15 adult patients per day, Monday–Friday only
• No weekends. No double-booking. No after-hours charting
• Provide relationship-based care with a focus on prevention and chronic disease management
• Collaborate with in-house care teams (RN, LPN, case manager)
• Contribute to Stars, HEDIS, and HCC/MRA quality initiatives
• Optional leadership growth into Medical Director or supervisory roles

Call Schedule – Light and Respectful

• Rotating one-week call among 4 providers
• Covers urgent patient issues only - no hospital call
• No refills or referral tasks - those are handled during business hours by our support team
• Average: 0–4 calls/week

What You Bring

• M.D. or D.O. – Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Active Florida license + DEA
• Experience in Medicare Advantage or value-based care is a plus
• Bilingual in Spanish or Greek is a plus
• A heart for mission, teamwork, and meaningful care

Compensation & Benefits

• $230,000 – $300,000+ base salary, depending on experience
• Performance bonuses tied to panel size, documentation, and quality metrics
• 19 PTO days + 7 holidays + 5 CME days
• $3,000 CME/licensure reimbursement
• Full medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer match
