Overview Paralegal position at Venardi Zurada LLP in Oakland, CA. This is not a remote position. The firm handles plaintiff personal injury and employment law. Must have paralegal/legal assistant experience; this is not an entry level role. Responsibilities Knowledge of case management, calendaring, preparing pleadings, discovery, court filings, and client management. Perform the tasks of a paralegal as well as a legal secretary/assistant. Manage high-volume, time-sensitive workflows independently and as part of a team. Demonstrate strong people skills and professional interaction with clients and colleagues. Qualifications Paralegal or legal assistant experience required (not entry level). Ability to handle case management, calendaring, pleadings, discovery, court filings, and client management. Strong organizational and communication skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
