Part-Time schedule is generally ~20 hrs./week, there will be client contact, 2nd chair trial opportunities, tasks will be drafting documents, discovery, case management, etc.
For week's that have trials, more than ~20 hours could be expected***

Job Details

Requirements:

• 5+ years as a Licensed Attorney in good standing with the CA bar
• ~20 hours per week - open ended contract*
• Experience in divorce, prenuptial agreements, child custody, and domestic violence
• JD from an Accredited University (Westlaw/LexisNexis proficiency)
