Our part-time receptionist will greet guests, answer a multi-line phone system and use a paging system. You must have a positive disposition to communicate clearly and make guests feel welcome upon entering the dealership. There would also be some light clerical duties which requires no previous experience to include filing and assisting the sales and service teams as needed. As our greeter, you would be expected to be well groomed and dress accordingly at all times. This is a customer facing position. The hours needed to fill this position are Mon-Thurs 4pm to 7pm (start time on weeknights is slightly flexible but must be no later than 4:30pm) and every Saturday, 9am to 6pm. We currently have a p/t person who wants to share the hours. As is, one person works each Saturday and the other works the evening hours. Or a variation of the nights and weekends. This position is perfect for college student as there is often downtime to do homework.
