The posted compensation range of $24.00 - $32.08/hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. As a Float Pool PCA/CNA, you'll be instrumental in supporting our patients' daily needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity. This position is represented by CHEU and is covered by the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
