The posted compensation range of $24.00 - $32.08/hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Glendale Memorial Hospital & Health Center is searching for exceptional Patient Care Assistants (PCAs) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNAs) to join our vital Float Pool team! We need compassionate, confident, and quick-thinking Patient Care Assistants / Certified Nursing Assistants who thrive in ever-changing environments. As a Float Pool PCA/CNA, you'll be instrumental in supporting our patients' daily needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity. Your versatility will be your greatest asset as you provide direct care, assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, and contribute to a positive healing environment across various units. This position is represented by CHEU and is covered by the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.

Job Requirements:

  • CNA training and education in an accredited CNA certification program required.
  • At least one (1) year of acute hospital experience required.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CA CNA Lic.) required.
  • Basic Life Support Cert (AHA BLS Cert) required.
