Full Job Description
Our Personal Trainers are responsible for guiding excellent experiences to our clientele. Responsibilities include facilitating consultations, performing health and fitness assessments, designing individualized workout plans, guiding 1-on-1 workout sessions, and re-assessing periodically to ensure results.
Most leads will be provided by management, but consultations and sales are a big part of the position. Must be comfortable with sales.
Light cleaning and studio upkeep is also expected. Must be able to lift at least 100lbs to move equipment.
Level 4 trainers earn $55/hourly +
Level 1 trainers earn a starting salary of $30/hour.
Level based on experience and education.
