Job Description

**Responsibilities** Report to Manager of Pharmacy, Director of Pharmacy. Directed by Director of Pharmacy, Manager of Pharmacy, Senior pharmacists. Is expected to perform duties in alignment with the mission and policies of the organization. Performs duties in support of and in compliance with the performance improvement plan, TJC and other licensing, accrediting and regulatory agencies. Performs the professional functions of a licensed pharmacist for medication dispensing and daily drug distribution activities provision of clinical services. **Qualifications** + Two years of hospital experience, one year residency, or equivalent. + Currently licensed to practice Pharmacy in the State of California. + Computer knowledge. **Overview** Founded in 1926, Dignity Health - Glendale Memorial Hospital and Health Center is a 334-bed, acute care, nonprofit hospital.
