We have an immediate opening for a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) at a small, independent retail pharmacy located in the heart of downtown Ainsworth, NE. The ideal candidate is community-minded, dependable, and ready to play a key role in both daily pharmacy operations and the exciting growth ahead.

Ainsworth, Nebraska | Full-Time | Permanent Role
Current Setting:
Location: Ainsworth, NE 69210
Independently owned pharmacy next to a local bookstore
Dispensing ~100 prescriptions/day
Support team includes 1 technician + 1 clerk
Plans underway to build a new pharmacy location within 69 months in a high-visibility area
New hire may help design and set up the future store
Additional staffing anticipated as business grows
Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM
hour lunch: 1:00 PM 1:30 PM
No weekends or evenings
Active Nebraska Pharmacist License (or willingness to obtain)
Comfortable serving as the sole pharmacist/PIC in a retail setting
Retail pharmacy experience strongly preferred
Personable, professional, and community-focused
Available for a virtual interview during the selection process
Salary Range: $112,300 $166,400 (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
