Job Description: Plastic injection molding press operator, unloading plastic parts from injection molding machines. Trim plastic parts as needed before packaging then for shipment. Follow de-mold instructions to avoid damaging injection tooling. Experience Required: Must have attention to detail and good hand/eye coordination. Experience in running the press. Must have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Experience in warehouse environment with moderate noise levels.Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 10-15lbs regularly. Able to stand, walk, stood, bend for the entire shift. Able to use hands and fingers to reach and grasp.Hiring Process: Email resume, no interview. Keep work area clean and neat. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. This is a trial to hire; hire on Bonus $1,000 paid out upon hire on. Also $500 Referral Bonus. Must be self directed, able to work independently and stay on task. Must have reliable transportation.
