We offer management of projects throughout the United States, with our field operations' team members who work on location for each of our projects. We specialize in fast-track projects in new commercial construction for both public and private clients, with a primary focus in the Department of Defense (DoD) market.

Are you an experienced Plumbing Superintendent with a passion for government and military construction projects? We're seeking a highly skilled and well-rounded individual to join our Field Operations team in the King's Bay, GA and Jacksonville, FL areas. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise all mechanical construction activities, including Plumbing & Piping teams.
  • Coordinate assigned crews and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of mechanical work in compliance with project requirements and timelines.
  • Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to project specifications , maintaining a strong alignment with RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values.
  • Work closely with the Superintendent to support the coordination of multiple scopes of work across the project site.
  • Manage mechanical installations for government and military projects , ensuring adherence to all regulatory and safety standards.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to keep projects on track.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, emphasizing teamwork and professionalism across all crews and subcontractors.
Required Qualifications:
  • Five or more years of experience as a Commercial Plumbing Foreman or Superintendent, managing crews on projects with a plumbing scope of at least $400,000 (commercial or government construction).
  • Three or more years of field or trade experience as a commercial plumber working (government, military, or large commercial construction projects preferred).
  • Experience in the design-build industry is a plus.
  • CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30-hour Certifications , EM-385 , and STS required (training can be provided).
  • High school diploma or GED required, with preference given to candidates who have completed courses in construction management or plumbing trade school .
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Outlook preferred).
  • BIM software knowledge is preferred, with training available.
