Job Overview

The Liu research group (weiliulab.org) in the Department of Chemistry at the University of Cincinnati is currently accepting applications for multiple post-doctoral associate position. Our lab focuses on developing innovative synthetic organic approaches.


This is a one-year appointment that may be renewed to additional one-year terms, contingent upon available funding and satisfactory performance.

Essential Functions

The successful candidate in this role, will conduct independent research focused on developing and understanding new organic transformation.


Preferred Profile
- Background in organic synthesis, catalysis, and organometallics.
- Strong publication record.
- Previous postdoc experience preferred

Required Education

Completion of a PhD in Chemistry is required by the appointment date.

Required Experience

  • In-depth knowledge of specialized field, process or discipline.
  • May require experience with specialized software programs.
