Job Description

Parx Home Care, a leader in home care services in Florida, is seeking an energetic Private Duty Home Care Liaison to oversee the expansion of our agency's patient base. The ideal applicant will have knowledge of the home care referral procedure and will be able to forge connections with a range of local organizations in order to obtain patient referrals.

You will:

  • Successfully communicate/market Parx Home Care Private Duty services and create community/industry awareness around company offerings.
  • Following up on leads and referrals from family members, caregivers, and other sources
  • Report referral activities and outcomes and maintain source reference list for future referrals (i.e. source and patient lists)
  • Work on leads provided by our strategic vendor partners to schedule initial meetings and onsite assessments for prospective patients with our intake team
  • Organize, communicate, and fill attendance for upcoming home care education and health care events for prospective patients

You will have:

  • 1+ years in a sales or marketing role in a professional setting (Private Duty/Home Care and/or Healthcare preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills and business acumen
  • Ability to work autonomously while possessing strong leadership skills
  • Proven work experience building successful community relationships and presenting to a variety demographics and group sizes.
  • Knowledge of Private Pay Home Care / Medicaid eligibility and Long Term Care Services
