Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Program Manager/Scrum Master to oversee all activities related to this Task Order. This results driven leader will oversee and coordinate work across all technical areas of the project, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and program goals. This role is responsible for maintaining contract compliance, managing risk, and supporting timely and accurate reporting. The individual will also lead Agile ceremonies, driving disciplined execution and on-time delivery of all Performance Work Statement (PWS) obligations. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to ensure cross-functional alignment and successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the assigned Task Order, including timelines, deliverables, and resources.
  • Lead Agile software development projects, including planning, sprint management, and retrospectives.
  • Coordinate with Government representatives and other contractors to ensure alignment and success in an Agile and DevOps environment.
  • Supervise a multidisciplinary team of developers, subcontractors, and other resources in a collaborative and performance-driven environment.
  • Manage and maintain operational systems serving over a million users with monthly visitor metrics exceeding one million.
  • Oversee system transformation and consolidation efforts to enhance data quality, efficiency, and service delivery.
  • Ensure strict adherence to quality assurance and continuous improvement practices throughout project lifecycles.
  • Develop and deliver written and verbal reports, updates, and presentations to senior Government officials.
Skills Required:
  • Must hold an active Secret security clearance
  • 8+ years of demonstrated experience managing projects of similar size and scope, specifically in:
  • Design, implementation, and maintenance of IT services meeting RFQ requirements.
  • Continuous integration and DevOps environments.
  • Supervising diverse teams, including subcontractors, in a performance-based environment.
  • Managing Agile teams supporting development, O&M, and large-scale system consolidation projects.
  • Proven experience in managing operational systems supporting over one million users and one million monthly visitors.

Target salary range: $140,000 - $170,000.
