Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple, complex projects from inception through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. End to end execution of Data warehouse/Lake project on MS tech stack is desirable. Adept at estimation techniques and ability to do accurate effort estimations. Develop comprehensive project plans that include scope, schedules, resource allocation, risk management, and budget. Drive project execution, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within agreed timelines and budgets. Work closely with senior leadership to define project vision, strategy, and objectives. Translate business requirements into detailed project plans and manage the execution to achieve strategic goals. Monitor project progress and performance, implementing necessary adjustments to stay on track. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including senior executives, clients, and external partners. Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and fostering strong relationships. Negotiate with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and manage expectations. Identify potential project risks and develop risk management plans to mitigate them. Proactively address project issues and challenges, employing problem-solving techniques to ensure project success. Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial resources are utilized effectively. Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, CAPM) Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale and complex projects. Skills: Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Strong leadership, organizational, and strategic planning skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
