Position Title: Project Manager

Location: Dallas, TX

About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Project Manager with Rebar Detailing experience to join our team in Dallas, TX. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in managing rebar placement drawings and material cut lists for concrete construction projects. You'll ensure accuracy, compliance with industry and company standards, and timely project delivery through effective coordination with internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop precise rebar placement drawings that align with both company and industry standards.
• Generate detailed material cut lists for fabrication, ensuring all specifications are accurate and production-ready.
• Identify and resolve issues related to detailing, fabrication, or field execution by working collaboratively with project stakeholders.
• Coordinate with customers and scheduling teams to plan material deliveries and maintain efficient project timelines.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and records for each project.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through calls, meetings, and on-site visits, addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proficient in AutoCAD or MicroStation —technical expertise is a must.
• Hands-on experience in rebar detailing , with knowledge of industry practices and standards.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office , especially Excel and Outlook .
• Excellent math and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Effective communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• An Associate’s degree or higher is preferred but not required.
